What is Lecithin used for in regards to lactation?

Use lecithin to facilitate less sticky milk flow and prevent blockage (Mastitis) (warning:NSFW). The best is sunflower lecithin because it does not have plant-based estrogen (soy-based products may have it). Estrogen, plant or human-based, dramatically reduces the production of milk.

See the Inducing Lactation Resources page if you're interested in starting lactation without a pregnancy, for an ANR, or for your partner.
